1 What is Max-geoloc?

Max-geoloc.com is an online service that allows you to locate a mobile device with the phone number. Once you have created your account, you can view the phone's location on google maps, make other geolocation requests, find out other ways to locate an Android or iphone and get help by phone for all your lost or stolen phones.

2 Do you have to pay?

Yes, you can access the service by paying a one-off 0,50€ to access the full service for 2 days. The offer will be automatically renewed as a subscription with no time commitment at the rate of 34€.

3 Does it work with all operators and brands?

Absolutely, our geolocation service works on all phones, whether it is an Android or an iPhone. Our tracking link is sent over all networks and works with all mobile operators. So there is no need to worry about that.

4 Can I locate a switched-off phone?

Unfortunately not. It is very difficult to locate a switched-off mobile phone. However, you can use our service to find out the last saved position of the phone.

5 Is there a special requirement to locate any phone?

To use the service, you must already have an account on Max-geoloc.com. Then, the number you enter must be valid and correspond to the country format. Then, for the location to work, the receiver of the tracking location must click on it. The phone must have the location and Wi-Fi activated since it is the browser that will make the geolocation request.

6 Is the location instantaneous?

From the moment the person clicks on the tracking link, they are located in less than 10 seconds. You will be able to see the position of the phone on a map.

7 Is it legal to locate someone?

To locate a mobile phone, the user's consent is required. The location can be done as long as the person agrees to be located. This is the case with our service since the recipient of the message will accept by clicking on the tracking link.

8 Is it secure?

The location is 100% secure as we use a high end and well guarded server. The tracking is also compliant since no information about you is indicated in the tracking message you send to the person to be located, unless you want to add your name.

9 What is the trial offer?

You can take advantage of the offer for 48 hours from the moment of registration. The trial offer costs only 0,50€ and you will be able to enjoy all the features of the service. After these 48h of test and without cancellation of your part, the offer is renewed in subscription of 34€ / month.

10 How much does the subscription cost?

After having tested our service, the offer will be renewed as a subscription of 34€ / month. You will have access to 100% of the max-geoloc.com service.

11 How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, you need to go to the "need help" page and enter your registration email in the "cancel my account" block
